The course is designed to aid your own personal development. The main homework is to complete the exercises as often as necessary to allow you to practise the techniques and to start to make positive changes. This homework does not have to be submitted for marking. The exercises are fun and easy to do. There are also short homework questions at the end of each module that your personal tutor will assess.

When you have completed all four modules of this programme you will receive a Certificate stating that you have satisfactorily completed the course.
